We are excited to announce that we’ve redesigned Synco with customer feedback in mind – and the new version is here!
Synco 2.0. the new version of Synco, provides a simpler, more comprehensive view of your active conversations, and allows you to communicate faster with your team.
Here’s what’s new:
A New Home for Conversations
When managing a portfolio of properties, there can be a lot of conversations going on at once. We’re on a mission to make team communication less chaotic and overwhelming. Synco now has a brand new “Home” dashboard experience that makes it easier to find the conversations you care about – and it’s completely customizable by each user.
As part of this redesign, we’ve also released pinning: you can now pin conversations to your Home screen for instant access, and organize them with the click of a button.
Mobile Redesign for Faster Work
Property management teams love using Synco because the mobile app is intuitive and easy-to-use – especially for team members who are onsite and always on-the-go. We’ve redesigned the mobile app for faster navigation through the most-visited pages – take a look at the new menu bar in the video below.
Customers can now quickly jump from their home dashboard, to chats, to threads, to the contact directory – with one click.
Upgraded Topic-Based Threads
Teams love that Synco conversations are topic-based, and not endless, hard-to-parse chains kept in multiple places. In Synco 2.0, Threads are supercharged by even more features that are easier than ever to use.
Easier Forwarding
When a conversation branches, or you need to break it out with a different group of people, it’s now super easy to forward a message or even multiple messages to a new Chat or Thread. Here’s how it works:
Pinning Conversations
The new area for pinned conversations on the home screen means nothing ever gets lost in the shuffle. If there’s an important discussion or project going on, simply pin that thread to your home screen, and you can refer back to it instantly. You can un-pin at any time.
SyncoAI Where You Need, When You Need It
Removing friction around creating threads and getting “caught up” on messages is a perfect job for AI. With AI Subjects, there’s no need to spend time typing a descriptive subject – just press send and SyncoAI automatically generates the subject line for the thread.
Need a quick summary? AI Summarization reads the thread for you, and generates an instant summary so you can get up to speed on multiple messages at once.
A Quick Way to Chat
Threads are great for those collaborative, group-based conversations, but what about when you need to ask a coworker a quick question?
Introducing Synco Chats: chats are quick messages that you can dash off fast, without worrying about a subject line or adding distribution groups.
The best part is, you can view Chats and Threads side-by-side with your pinned items in the redesigned Synco Home – it’s the unified conversation experience you need to be more efficient.
