Synco can be implemented for your property management team as quickly as 2-3 weeks – all that’s required is information you already have on hand (property and unit list), then we handle the heavy lifting for account configuration. We can move faster or slower depending on your needs, but we generally advise customers to plan for 4 weeks to get started on Synco.
Synco can be used on a desktop computer via a web browser, or via Android or Apple mobile device. Conversations are seamless across desktop and mobile, and the platform is designed for property management work – if you have limited connectivity or are “offline,” your conversations in Synco will still load (message content, attachments) and sent messages will remain queued until you regain connectivity.
Any type of file can be exchanged in Synco, from PDFs to Excel to photos and videos. Attachments can be added to any conversation via desktop or mobile app, and there is no storage limit on your Synco account.
Vendors or external parties can communicate via the Synco platform via their email, without changing the way they work. External Party Access allows users to add recipients outside their organization to Synco conversations and communicate with them through the Synco platform. Yes! When a new employee joins your team, you have the option to give them historical access to conversations relevant to them. So for example, a new Property Manager can have access to all communication for their property, with conversations organized by Unit – just like your PMS. The result – dramatically faster and easier onboarding.
